Brooke-Anne Freeman

Position: Family Law Attorney

Location: Birmingham, Alabama

Phone: 205-323-1124

Brooke-Anne Freeman is a family law attorney at The Rose Law Firm, LLC, where she represents clients throughout Alabama in divorce, child custody, child support, protection-from-abuse, and other family law matters. A second-generation attorney, Brooke-Anne grew up around the practice of law and knew early on that she wanted to follow in her father’s footsteps. Her passion for family law and her desire to help clients navigate some of the most difficult moments in their lives drew her to join The Rose Law Firm.

Education

Brooke-Anne earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama, where she double majored in Business and Political Science. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham.

Legal Experience

While in law school, Brooke-Anne clerked at her father’s firm, Stone, Patton, Kierce & Freeman, gaining hands-on experience handling a wide range of civil and family law cases. She also served as the YWCA liaison at One Place Metro Family Justice Center, where she worked as a domestic violence advocate, representing survivors in protection-from-abuse proceedings. That experience continues to shape her compassionate, client-centered approach to family law.

Before joining The Rose Law Firm, Brooke-Anne owned and operated her own law practice, building a strong foundation in client advocacy and case management. Today, she brings that experience to every Alabama family she represents.

Outside the Office

Brooke-Anne lives with her husband, their baby girl, and their four cats. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, hand-embroidery, reading, antiquing, and home renovation projects.
